塩で食べるトンカツは柔らかくて旨し。サラダの自家製ドレッシングもいい味出してます
リブロースと上ロースの違いをホールに聞くも答えられず、店長に聞いた結果 油の乗りが違うとのこと。
おすすめのリブロースを頼んだが、衣がすぐに剥がれる。肉も筋張っていてうまくない。
