和光市駅前、あんまりウロウロしたこと無かったのですが
まあ、せっかく長期滞在中なんで
どこか美味しいランチを食べようと訪れたのがこちら。
家では基本揚げ物しないのと、男性が迷わず入店したので
ここに行くことにしました。
ビックリするくらい男性客しか居ませんでした。
入口の看板にあった、平日限定の三元豚ロースカツ定食（平日のみ割引価格のようです）にしました。
ご飯とキャベツが大盛りを選べましたが
最近ダイエット中の私は並で。
自家製のニンジンドレッシングとキャベツが先に到着。
さっぱりして美味しかったです。
トンカツはじっくり揚げてるので、後ほど到着。
皿の端にワサビと辛子がついていたので
塩とワサビで食べてみました。
あら、ソースと違って上品です。この食べ方はやったことなかったです。
残りはソースと辛子で。これはいつも通り。
トンカツは真ん中が少しピンクが残る美しいお姿。
衣もサクサク、脂も甘く味わい深い豚でした。
味変ソースは色々置いてありましたのでお好みで。
これは確かに良いお店でした。
