以前から気になっていた焼肉の和民に焼肉大好きメンバー３人で初訪問。
独身の時は居酒屋を良く利用しておりワタミ系列のお店も行っていました。
コロナの影響で飲食業界の中でも特にアルコールを扱う居酒屋が大打撃を受けていて、ワタミも焼肉業界への進出を決めたようです。
久しぶりに夕食を駅前のお店で食べます。
朝霞台に来たのは初めてですが、家路に急ぐ人ばかりで、今から飲みに行く人だけでなくご飯を食べに行く人自体も少ないと感じました。
お店には17時30分過ぎに到着。感じの良い店員さんが迎えてくれました。
他にお客さんは2組程。
食べ放題コースは３種類。当初は一番高い熱愛和牛コース（4380円）にする予定でしたが、一番高いコースでも全部のメニューを食べられる訳ではなかったので食べ放題ではなくアラカルトで注文することにしました。

注文はタッチパネルでして料理の提供は回転寿司で見かける特急レーンにのって運ばれてくる。
まさに現在のコロナ禍にピッタリの従業員との接触はほぼなし。
料理の味も想像以上。
特に印象に残ったのは、極厚牛タン、ワタミカルビ、国産牛極厚牛レバー、柚子ポン牛ハラミ。
これはらまた是非食べたいと思う商品です。
値段も一人5000円いかないくらいで済んだので食べ放題にしないで良かったという印象です。
ただ、外食の楽しさの中に個人的に従業員のサービスも含まれるのでその点は残念に感じました。
コロナが落ち着いた後も一定のニーズはあると思いますが、私としては笑顔で元気に、
「お待たせしました～♪」と料理を持ってきてほしいなぁと思いました。
