「和食れすとらん天狗」から「大衆食堂てんぐ大ホール」へと衣替え。
うん、そっちの方が収益上がると思うよ。
さてメニューを見ると「居酒屋メニュー」「食堂メニュー」「カフェメニュー」と３種あり。
シチュエーションに合わせた色んな客を取り込もうとしている。
ドリンクは競合店と比べて安いねぇ～。フードは大した種類はない。値段相応。

●とろたくタワー ４９５円
●山盛ナムル ４２９円
鳥もも串は小さくはない。９９円なら御の字。タレが旨かったよ。
とろたくはこの量だったらタワーって書いちゃいけないね。
山盛りナムルは山盛りでは無かった。個人的には塩味が強すぎる。
ファーストドリンクだけは店員さんが注文を取ってくれるが後はＱＲを読み込んでスマホ注文。
店員さんを呼び止めて注文しようとしたが「スマホでお願いします」と頑なに口頭受注を拒否。
聞いてもフードの説明は出来ないし、誰かに聞いてきて説明しようとする気持ちも無いらしい。
ここは他にも色々接客上の問題はあるが下書き戻しになるので書かない。
