武蔵野うどんで検索してるとこちらを発見！口コミからまだ開店して間もない感じ。
うどんの量も特盛1キロも選べる！
早速行ってみる事にしました。
自宅からは車で1時間くらいな道のり。朝霞駅に近いので近隣のコインパーキングに停めて訪問。
伺った時間は12時少し前な時間。混んでるかな？と扉を開けるとテーブル席は3卓程埋まってましたが2人掛けテーブルが空いて居てそこへ案内されます。
注文は決まって居たので肉汁うどん特盛。連れは並を注文。
注文時に肉汁の黒か白を選ぶように店員さんから言われたので自分は黒で連れは白でお願いしました。
待つこと7〜8分程で運ばれて来ます。
まずはうどんを何も付けず食べてみます。
ツルッとしたうどんで武蔵野うどんと言うよりか少し讃岐うどん寄りなうどんに感じました。
滑らかなうどんで美味しいです。
黒い肉汁は濃口醤油な感じで武蔵野うどんの肉汁らしい味わい。肉もたくさん入っていて満足度たかいです。
1キロでもサラッと完食してしまいました。
最後に釜湯を貰って肉汁も飲み干してごちそう様
上品な武蔵野うどんって感じでとても美味しかったです。
また伺って今度はカレー味も食べてみたいです。
