何のあてもなく街ぶらの最中に麺道場さんを発見。広い駐車場に広い店内。ゆったりと時間が過ごせます。
何の予習もしていないなか「まずは極み味噌ラーメンがおすすめ」旨の表示。950円。そのとおりいただきますっ。
5分程度で提供してくださいます。麺はやや太め。味噌はコクのある甘めで疲れた身体に染みます。コーンもたっぷりで本格的味噌ラーメンです。構えずにちゃんとした味噌ラーメンが食えるという感じ。
なお、ラーメンを注文するど、白ごはん(おかわり可)orミニチャーハン(おかわり不可)がついてくるとのこと。うれしす。ミニチャーハンには玉子がたっぷり、玉ねぎ、にんじん等も。べちゃっとしてない、パラパラに仕上げてくれてして美味しかったです(^^)d
東武東上線ふじみの駅東口から徒歩だと20分位の住宅街にあります。また再訪したいと思うラーメン屋さんです。ごちそうさまでした。
