美味しいのに残念！
夕食に回転寿司を食べようと思いましたが、いつも行く魚べい、カッパ寿司は近くにないので、一度も行ったことのない近くのくら寿司にいくことに。
ビバホームの敷地内にあるので、一番近いと思われる入り口から駐車して入店。夕食の時間帯なので、しばらくタッチパネルの席をとるのに時間がかかります。与えられたテーブルに座ると今度はメニューのタッチパネルの場所が席のかなり上にあり、しかも取り外しができないタイプ。仕方なく中腰で見るも、小さな字や写真で良く見えません。なんとか、見えるもののなかで注文。注文品は回転レールの上のレーンでくるようです。タッチパネルの方から今度来る注文品の名前が告げられ、まぁ、間違えることなく届いた寿司をたべました。なかなか決まらないので、びっくらぽんとか言うセットと赤貝や鉄火巻き、のり巻きなど、いただきました。がりも寿司も美味しいのにこの注文システムは残念でした。最後に注文した品が20分位しても届かなかったので、ホールの人に言いましたが、ソレデモ来なかったので、会計して出ることに。最後に来なかった品はレジでは引かれているということでした。お皿はほとんど穴のなかに入れてしまっていて、数えることもできず、来なかった品は注文履歴には残っていて、レシートを見ても165*円皿が何枚とかしか明記されていなくて、分からなかったです。魚べいなら、すべての品が一覧で分かるようになっているのに、と思いました。

We stopped by here on our way back from the park with five people including children. We entered the restaurant after tapping the number of people including children on the touch panel. We showed the staff our table number and were guided to a seat in the back. The restroom is also nearby, which is reassuring. We confirmed last time that the touch panel is located high up and difficult to see. The family member who accompanied us ordered on their mobile phone, so we were able to order twice, and we were able to eat what we wanted smoothly. There were a lot of crabs on the menu, so we ordered a variety of things and enjoyed most of them. However, there were still two problems. First, one of the soy sauce dispensers was dripping. They need to check it before opening. And the structure of the cutlery means that you can't get the spoons and other things underneath unless you lift the lid that has various things on top. I hope they will gradually improve this. We entered the restaurant in the evening, and by the time we went to pay, there were many families (mostly with children) waiting inside the restaurant.
