好きな饂飩は水沢、稲庭、讃岐、五島うどん、赤いきつね。
特にこだわりはないが外で食べるなら家では真似できないレベルの美味いうどんが食べたい。
最近、出没の機会が増えた上福岡に有名な うどんの百名店がある。
未訪問だったので相棒と行ってみることにした。
注文は温玉うどん(2玉) 600円。
半熟玉子天とちくわ天 各140円。
太めだが 普通ののフォルムのうどんが無造作に盛られた一杯。
トッピングは卵黄と小葱。
卵黄を割り、卓上の出汁醤油をかけて実食。
うどんが思ったより柔らかくてフニャとした食感で 天ぷらも普通に美味しい感じ。
温かいメニューを食べるのは初めてだが、讃岐うどん特有の強いコシが感じられず、残念な感じだった。
相棒のかしわ天をひとかじり させてもらったがこれは美味しかった。
今回はメニューの選択ミスもあったかも？
機会があれば、冷水で締めたうどんを試してみたいと思う。
