店内、ほぼ満席でした。

金のもつ鍋は、豚骨ベースのスープのもつ鍋です。
豚骨スープはとても濃厚で、美味しい味わいでした。
金のもつ鍋専用“チーズリゾット”は、もつ鍋の〆に仕上げるリゾットですが、
豚骨スープにチーズリゾットがこれほどまで合うのかとびっくりするくらいの逸品です。
地頭鶏炭火焼きは、ややパサつき感のある鶏肉でした。
ダチョウのカルパッチョは、見た目、牛肉色したダチョウの肉が、
大根おろしのポン酢風味でいただけます。
やや臭みのあるお肉ですが、他店ではなかなかお目にかかれない一品でした。
個室もあり、美味しいもつ鍋を食べたいときに便利な居酒屋さんです。
