志木駅東口、LUSH横の出口を出て右に曲がり、SMILEの横の通路に入り進むと左手にあります。
店内はお洒落な雰囲気で店員さんの接客も良く、料理はどれを食べても外れたことがありません‼
食材にこだわっていることがよくわかり、また料理を見ると仕事が丁寧であると、とても感じます。
野菜では、「季節の野菜、鳥味噌ディップ」や「夏野菜の天ぷら」は絶品です。野菜嫌いの人を連れていっても美味しいと感激してくれます♪
また魚もとても美味しく、刺身も煮魚も珍しいものもあり、季節によって色々な食材を食べられることも嬉しいところです。
ご飯ものは釜炊きで、「わさび飯」や「秋刀魚飯」など、これらもまた絶品で、素材はもとより調理法にもこだわりがよく表れていて、時間をかけてでも美味しいものを提供するために労力を惜しまない姿勢にはいつも感心させられます。
最後に、これだけ料理の質が高いにもかかわらず、コスパは圧巻です。いつもお会計の時に安い‼と感じます。
志木駅周辺にはこれといってお気に入りの店が無かったので、ここは誰を連れていっても喜んでもらえるようなお店として頻繁に利用させていただいています。
