東上線沿線でいいうどん店を知らないので
うどんを食べたいときにはよく利用しています。
ここのうどんのつけ汁は何も入っていない物だと
かなり物足りないので、肉汁またはきのこ汁などを
注文するようにしています。
以前肉汁が美味しくて、その味を思い出してしまったので、
つけうどんランチの肉汁にしました。
下にある天丼ランチとかの方がよかったのですが、
つけ汁が物足りないので、これにしました。
一口目の感想は、ちょっとコシが弱いな、それと油が多い。
前に食べた事がある肉汁とイメージが違いました。
人の味覚なんて、そんなに正確ではないので、なんともいえませんが、
個人的に違うような気がしました。
