地元で生まれ育った「大将」が、親父さんと２人でやってる居酒屋です。
超有名ホテルの和食店で腕を磨いておられたようですが、親方から
直伝の料理を「全く出してないじゃないかっ！」と一喝されたとの事
ですが、それは高級和食の技術で庶民の居酒屋料理に昇華されて
いる、という意味でもあります。
私ですか？私は本鮪ぶつ切や大和芋の磯辺揚げ、そら豆なんかを
よく注文します。
周りのお客さんはもつ煮やら海鮮サラダをよく召し上がってますね。
意外と言っては怒られますが、初孫などの良いお酒を揃えておられて、
日本酒はそこそこ充実しています。寒い時期は熱燗にしますが。
平凡な生活であるように見える大将ですが、「人に人生有りですよ」と、
ポツリと。健康第一、煙草は止められたようです。
