Visited on weekends around 7pm. I made a reservation and visited, but was told that I would have to wait for a while. There seem to be a lot of customers on the weekend. We were shown to our seats in about 5 minutes. I take a seat and look at the menu. There are so many original dishes that I was confused, but I ordered the standard mentaiko cheese monja, grilled squid, and grilled Hiroshima. After ordering, we had to wait for about 5 minutes while drinking beer and the restaurant arrived. This is a restaurant where you can cook your own food by following the instructions written on the menu. So, I think the appearance and texture will vary depending on how you make it. However, the contents of the ingredients remain the same, so I thought that the strength of chain restaurants is that they can produce consistent flavors. Monja, Hiroshima-yaki, and squid-yaki are all delicious. It can also be used as a snack with alcohol, and it always has a consistent taste. If you order 2 or 3 items for 4 or 5 people, you'll have plenty of time to prepare them, so you'll be pretty full. There aren't many low-side Okonomiyaki restaurants, so I think it's valuable. I think it's better to make and eat the same food together than to say it's particularly delicious. It's a store I'll come back to again.
