住宅街の真ん中にある、一見すると地味な洋食屋です
しかし、実態は素晴らしいジビエの店でした
まず、訪問すると「CLOSED」の文字
予約で一杯との意味のようです
店内にはテーブル席が２つ、そしてカウンターがありますが
３組お客さんが来たら、もう満席という扱いとのこと。
予約は必須のお店です
鹿肉を中心に素晴らしいジビエを堪能できました。
鹿肉ならではの食べ方、猪肉ならではの食べ方等丁寧に説明してもらい大満足
どの料理も美味しかったですが、鹿肉のシチューのように味が隠されてしまうものよりは
燻製のように素材そのものの味が解るメニューの方が楽しめました
あと、気になった点としてはお酒にはあまり力を入れていない印象
これだけの料理ならワインのマリアージュも考えると楽しみが増しそうですが…
ただ、料理もワインも価格は安めだったのでその点は素晴らしいと思います。
