東武東上線 柳瀬川駅から、新しい住宅街をぬけて16分。上り坂の先にあるパティスリー。
シンプルなお店の外観とは裏腹に、
ケーキはおとめ感満載のお花とまるいケーキ。
シェフの中野慎太郎さんは、「タイユヴァン・ロブション（現Joel Robuchon）」「ラトリエ・ロブション」「レ・クレアシヨン・ナリサワ（現NARISAWA）」と名だたるレストランのデザートを担当された凄い方。
華やかにお皿を彩るレストランのデザートの美しさを閉じ込めたような、ピンク色のまるいケーキとオレンジ色のまあるいケーキをいただきました。

甘酸っぱいラズベリームースの中にフランス産マロンを使用したムースとサクサク食感のチョコレートとラズベリージュレを忍ばせました。

アプリコットの酸味をプラスしたマンゴームースの中にアプリコットジュレを忍ばせキャラメルクリームで仕上げました
いやぁ。最高のムースのケーキをいただきました。
駅からの歩く&坂を登るので、なかなか、ハードルが高いのですが、駅近くにカフェcafemappemondeをプロデュースされて、そちらで本日のケーキと焼き菓子が頂けるそうです。
