前回がいつだったのか、ちょっと思い出すのも困難なほど
久しぶりの界隈。
黒革の手帳ならぬ、食べログのリストを開いてこちらへ。
13時半頃の訪問で、先客2後客1。
店内はまったく居酒屋で、カウンター席に小上がり。
喫煙可で、先客の常連さんはタバコをふかし、
ちょっとけむいです。
ランチメニューと言っていいのか、
定食のメニューは10種類以上あって、
700-800円の品が大半です。
比較的、珍しいメニューとして
じんぎすかん定食があったので、それにしましたが、
今こうしてメニューを見返してみると、
「ポークジュクセリー」なるメニューが。
なんだろ、これ、とても気になる。。。
さて、じんぎすかんは10分ほどで提供です。
じんぎすかん、まさか鍋が出てきたりしないだろうな
と若干の不安もありましたが、
厨房で調理済みのものが出されました。
ジンギスカン入りの野菜炒めですね。
いわゆるスタミナ炒めのような
甘みのある味付けです。
ジンギスカンは北海道直送と書いてあるだけあって
臭みもなく、食感もやわらかです。
うまいです。
味噌汁は家庭的とはどことなく違う、
うまい居酒屋味噌汁。
うん、こうなると、ポークジュクセリーが食べたい！
