実においしい豚骨ラーメンです。駐車場が広いのがまた良い。サラリーマンの昼にはとても助かります。食券販売機にて「博多豚骨・肉抜き」＋「煮玉子」＋「明太丼」を購入してカウンターへ提出。まず明太丼が登場。サービスの高菜漬けと白ごまなどを振りかけてかるく食べつつ、主役を待つ。ほどよいタイミングでラーメン登場。博多豚骨・肉抜き。茹で方は「カタ」。とてもおいしい麺です。見た目に反してさっぱりしたスープがまたイケる。替え玉もお願いしました。大満足です。午後の仕事中にノドが乾かなかったのに感心。意外と塩分が少ない。本場と同じく「出汁」で食べるラーメンですな。ますます気に入りました。また行きます。難点は、人気店なのに食券販売機が１台しかないこと。
