埼玉県入間郡三芳町藤久保というところにある博多ラーメンのお店です。同じ敷地の254号線沿いには「高倉町珈琲」があるところと言えばわかりやすいかもしれません。駐車場も結構な台数が停められます。
とんこつラーメンが急に食べたくなったと同行者がGoogleで検索してこちらが気になったそうで、月曜日の夕食として訪問しました。
店内に入るとすぐに券売機があるので、食券を買って客席へ。店頭に写真付きメニューがあるので割と買いやすかったです。
あんまり店内をよくは観察しませんでしたが、カウンター席が多いようです。2名で訪問し、カウンター席を指定されました。荷物置ケースが床に重ねて置いてあったのを借りてコートをたたんで入れておきました。
「博多ラーメン全部のせ」（760円）×2を購入。食券を渡すときに麺の硬さを聞いてくれるので、なま（1秒）、はりがね（3秒）、※おすすめ・バリ（5秒）、カタ（20秒）、ふつう（40秒）、やわ（60秒）があり、おすすめ通り「バリ」でお願いしました。
「博多ラーメン全部のせ」は、チャシュー、メンマ、キクラゲ、味玉、ネギ、海苔がトッピングされています。麺は細くていい感じです。スープはどろっとしています。
「替え玉」は現金120円でカウンターから厨房へ依頼すればOKです。同行者も私も替玉を1回注文しました。替え玉を食べる際には途中でテーブル備え付けの高菜漬けや紅ショウガや、すりごまを追加して味変して楽しみました。
食後に口の周りがベトベトになるラーメンを食べたのは久しぶりで、なんか面白くなりました。
