友人と肉を食べようとなり、折角なのであまり食べた事がない羊肉に挑戦。
上福岡に美味いジンギスカンが食べられると有名なラム倶楽部さんにお邪魔。
17時に予約して開店してすぐに入店。
このお店2年半くらいやっているようです。
まずは生ラムがお勧めとの事で注文。追加でロースとハツ。
店主一人でやっているのが手早く料理が出て来ます。
早速、生ラム焼いて食べました。お勧めはミディアムレア。これは美味い！臭みもなく、こんなに美味いジンギスカンは初めて。いくらでも食べられる羊肉です。
追加のロース、ハツも美味い。噛めば中から味が出てくる。これはハマります。
予約しないと入れない感じなので、予約必須ですね。
