Teppan-yaki Hamburg for lunch
Bonheur was reopening in November, so I went there for lunch. I've never been to the previous store, but it seems like it's very clean and has an open terrace. Pets are also allowed on the terrace. It feels like there are a lot of staff members. There are about 5 groups in the store, mostly madams. The chairs and tables are new and comfortable, especially the comfort of the chairs. I couldn't decide between the lunch course and today's pasta, but I was intrigued by the sizzling Hamburg around me, so Nikuoji and I ordered one. The taste was divided into demi-glace and Japanese style. ■ Teppan-yaki style Hamburg 1,100 yen Freshly grilled succulent Hamburg is served, and Japanese sauce is poured over it right in front of you. Ju! This is Hamburg with a live feel, as the iron plate makes a sound. It's a Japanese-style sauce that is very easy to eat, but I thought it would be easy to break down Hamburg. If you cut it with a knife and pierce it with a fork, it will fall apart. Does it mean there are fewer connections? The taste was delicious. Garnish with carrots, potatoes, onions, turnips? It's a delicate combination. ■Set B (Salad/Rice) 495 yen Lettuce, carrots, red cabbage and tomato. I think the dressing is special. A bit of sourness and a freshness that hits your nose. This is a very delicious dressing. There seems to be a choice of rice and bread. ■Iced coffee This is iced coffee with a strong consistency. It's okay if it's more bitter! ■Cafe Royale 715 yen This was one of the staff's recommendations. I thought it would be a more mature flavor with a bit more bitterness, but the cake turned out to be surprisingly sweet. ---------- ■ Teppan-yaki Hamburg demi & cheese 1210 yen Nikuji selection. It's a cheese topping. Demi-glace sauce is also served at the table. The cheese is a white liquid cheese rather than a melting type. It mixes perfectly with the demi-glace sauce. Nikuji seemed to like stringy cheese. ■Set A (Salad/Soup/Rice) 715 yen A creamy soup with lots of finely stewed vegetables. In the menu photo, it was a tomato-based soup, but it seems like it changes daily. ■The Darjeeling tea pot is stylish. The tea cup has a calm color. I don't really know the taste of black tea. ((´∀｀)) ■Ange 660 yen A cake with rare cheese and fruity sauce. This was a big hit. The cake was refreshing, sweet and sour, and beautiful to the eye. ----------I made a reservation on Tabelog, but if you cancel, there will be a cancellation fee, so you should be careful about that. Lunch at the hotel was reasonably priced, high quality, and made me feel rich. Italian Cuisine or Asian? Lost? That's what I thought, but Hamburg are delicious, so I don't know much about this restaurant. LOL All of the staff members are very polite and polite, and even though they are new to the store, they work hard and make you feel comfortable. A cold breeze blows into the store as you walk to the terrace. It is still tolerable during this season, but it may be difficult to stay near the door in winter. Drinks were provided to celebrate the opening. I was unexpectedly happy. The atmosphere is very nice (the customers are all very calm and comfortable), and I would like to come again with my good friends and my mother. It was a delicious lunch. Thank you for the meal.

あまり暑くなりすぎる前に、
ボヌールさんのテラスで食事をと思いました。
■ワンプレートランチ 1870円
まずはスープが提供されました。
オレンジ色のスープです。
トロっとして甘味を感じるスープで大変美味しかったです。
でもちょっとぬるかった。
サラダ、
美しいです。
じゃがいもの付け合わせ？
グラタンのようなものが一番のヒット。
これ大量に食べたいってやつです。
パスタはもちろん作り置きだろうな。
お魚は揚げ立てで、
細かめの軽いパン粉。
カリッと美味しいものでした。
一切れのパン。
そしてドリンクバーで飲み放題。
種類は多く無いです。
冷たい・暖かい コーヒー紅茶に、オレンジぐらいでしょうか。
ワンプレートなのでしょうがないのですが・・・、
小食の私でもお腹が満たされなかったです。苦笑
せめてライスが選べるといいなと思いました。
食事中に、
再びスープが提供されました・・・。
もうスープは提供されたと申し出ると、
ミスだったようですがお召し上がりくださいとの事。
有難くいただきました。
今度は緑色のスープ。
香草がきいたアツアツのスープでした。
中身がよくわかりませんでした。
〇〇のスープですと提供されると、
美味しさも増すのになと思いました。

お味は良かったのですが、
生地がいまひとつだったかなぁ。
ひじょうに良い気候で、
以前来た真冬とはまた違った良い雰囲気で、
テラスで頂くことができました。
この日はとある政治家さんの集まりがあって、
ホテルは滅茶苦茶混んでいました。
もちろんお店も。。。
ガチャガチャと周囲が騒がしく、
やたら人が多く、
失敗な日だったなと思いました。
