平日の昼下がり、快晴でそよ吹く風が心地よい。
ドライブがてら買い物ついでに寄ってみました「はすみ」
川越って街は武蔵野うどんより蕎麦屋さんのレベルが高く充実していますね。
店からすぐにある入れ易い駐車場に車を停めて門をくぐり、さらに暖簾をくぐります。
古民家風の店内、庭には鯉が泳いでます。
入り口で靴を脱いで上がります。
支那の武漢を発生源とする新型肺炎のせいで、邪魔臭いことにはなっていますが、入り口には手洗い場があり消毒液もちゃんと準備されています。
座敷もありますが、お好きな席にと言われたので、畳の間の奥の床の間の前のテーブル席でいただきました。
二色の変わり蕎麦がこの日は用意して無いとのことで、ごんぶとの田舎打ち「深山」（みやま）@700円（税別）と「おせいろ」@700円（税別）を1枚づつ、天ぷらはかき揚げ天が無かったので海老天@1,000円（税別）をいただきました。
結構衣は分厚めですがさっくり揚がった海老天、びっくりのデカさです。
せいろは繊細かつコシがあるもの。ごんぶとの田舎打ちは言わずと知れた硬いもの。
