I called to check availability on a weekday before 6pm and then went there. It's a bit hard to find, but it's a popular restaurant so it's best to make a reservation. I ordered hot duck soba and oyako soba. You can choose between thick miyama and thin oseiro soba. I chose miyama because it's rare. I was surprised that it was about the same thickness as udon! Both the soba and the duck meat were delicious♪
