ランチタイムに伺いました。
明るく広く、とてもお洒落で高級感溢れるレストランです。
ランチは4種類ほど。
軽いものから本格的なコースまで頂けるようです。
私はパスタランチ、連れは魚料理か肉料理が選べるエルミタージュランチを注文。
お客さんは多かったのですが、料理の提供は早かったです。
私は帆立のウニクリームパスタにしたのですが…あれ、味がしない…？
ソースが絡んでいないのかなと中をかき混ぜて再び一口頂きますが、ウニの香りも風味も感じられず。
オリーブオイルをかけても唐辛子オイルをかけても風味に変化は感じられず。
私は薄味が好みなのですが、それでも味がないと感じるのだから相当な薄味なんだと思います。
粉チーズをパラっとふりかけても、粉チーズの味しかしなくなってしまったし。
選択ミス。残念。
連れのエルミタージュランチに付いたプティパスタの方が味がしっかりとしていて美味しかったです。
パンは甘過ぎてオリーブオイルに合わず。
デザートは苺プリンを選びましたが、こちらもまぁ普通の味。
雰囲気を楽しむのであって、美味しいものをわざわざ食べに行くような所ではないかなあ。
