地産地消がモットーです。
古民家（旧戸田邸）で食べるうどんは、故郷に帰ったような気分にしてくれる懐かしい味です。 隣接している農産物直売所から地元の野菜を毎日仕入れているので、安心・安全でとても新鮮です。 お帰りの際も、隣接の「伊佐沼農産物直売所」でお買い物をどうぞ。 |
７月の連休、お昼にうかがいました。
連休ということもあり混んでいることを予想して、
お昼少し前にお邪魔したところ、
ちょうど一回転したのか、ほぼ待つこともなく
席に案内していただきました。
移築した古民家ということで、
天井の梁の素晴らしさに見惚れながら、
うどんの到着を待ちます。
が、お客さんを見込んで茹でているようで、
5分と待たずにうどんが提出されました。
私は肉つけ汁、奥さんは天もり、
長男くんは釜玉、次男くんは天ぷらの冷です。
うどんの見た目は、武蔵野うどん然としていて、
エッジの効いた歯応え抜群といった感じですが、
いざ、口に運んでみると、太さはあるものの
年配の方でも食べやすい柔らかさです。
肉汁は、みりんがたっぷり甘さ強めで、
肉肉しい匂いが・・。
うどんの香りもお汁の香りで消えてしまいます。
奥さんのかき揚げとなすの天ぷらは、
カラッと揚がっていて、ボリュームもあって
大大満足のようでした。
お値段とボリュームを考えるて、
たまに食べるうどんと考えるとまぁまぁ満足でした。
