After visiting Kita-in Temple that day, a gourmet friend who lives in Kawagoe introduced me to this restaurant, Mr. Hanajin, who recommended a restaurant where I could enjoy a delicious meal. It seems to be a shop that is often visited on sunny days, and it boasts that everything is handmade without any additives, and the proprietress is very cheerful. The main course dishes change monthly: Hanajin Kaiseki A course costs 5,500 yen, B course costs 6,800 yen, C course costs 8,500 yen, Sushi courses are priced at 11,000 yen and 15,000 yen, and Hanajinkai's special shabu shabu course costs 12,000 yen. , I would like to request the A course of Hanajin Kaiseki in March. First, let's toast with draft beer! Draft beer is at Ebisu. It's nice and cold. Appetizers include firefly squid with mustard sauce, butterbur boiled in plums, spring bracken with sesame tofu, and delicious snacks that go well with alcohol. The sashimi is natural raw southern bluefin tuna from New Zealand, Kamogawa flounder with kelp. The red meat is delicious, but the fatty tuna is truly melt-in-your-mouth, making it a delicious sashimi made with natural raw ingredients. Next up was Chawanmushi, shrimp, ginkgo, kamaboko, shiitake mushrooms, and chicken. It had a lot of ingredients, but it had a gentle flavor, and the jiggly egg permeated my stomach. Saikyoyaki Spanish Mackerel This may be my first time trying this style. Fresh grilled Spanish mackerel is topped with the restaurant's original miso. The skin is grilled crispy and the meat is fluffy. The miso has a slight scent of sake and is very fresh. The pickled daikon radish served as a dipping sauce is refreshing and goes well with the dish. Deep-fried taro This is a crispy fried dish of taro that has been simmered in dashi soup. Chicken Fishball Soup The scent of rapeseed bamboo shoots is spring. The soup stock is so delicious and gentle that it slowly permeates your stomach. The Japanese pepper leaves have a nice aroma and are very delicious. The final meal was a song by Saga's angels. Enjoy rare rice with sea bream rice. Small dish is salmon pickled in nanban, the pickles are lightly pickled cucumber and cabbage, miso soup with mushroom mushrooms and tofu, and the dessert is milk tofu with strawberry jam.At first glance, you might think it's almond tofu, but the strawberry jam is also handmade and really delicious. You will be very satisfied with the many delicious dishes that are handmade down to the smallest detail. Thank you for the meal. I will come again.
