On the anniversary of my 20-odd wedding anniversary, my companion went to a relative's funeral and it was delicious, so I definitely wanted to go. This is also a shop that is over 25 years old, but the current restaurant is a beautiful shop that has been around for about 6 years. This shop is located along the path of transfer passengers between Honkawagoe Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line and Kawagoeshi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. It is located far from the downtown area of Kawagoe, but it was a Friday during the farewell party and it was full, but I managed to secure a private room by making a reservation the day before. A stylish private room with jazz playing. Sushi chose the 8000 yen kaiseki course. First the firefly squid nuta, then the ainame bowl. Ainame opens like a flower like a duck, and it looks beautiful and delicious. When I asked for a recommendation for a dry cold sake, Yamagata Sumiyoshi 300cc, he brought it in two parts that looked cool in glass, and he was careful. Sashimi includes tuna and muttu caught off the coast of New Zealand. The taste of the ingredients makes you feel the stickiness of the ingredients. Next, grilled mackerel. It was baked with egg yolk sauce and was fluffy and delicious. Bamboo shoot tempura. Moist bracken rolls. Shrimp and asparagus with honey. I'm already full by now, but at the end, I was able to eat two rolls of pickled Sushi, omelets, and a bowl of tororo kelp. Dessert is grapefruit jelly. Compared to the cospa of Osaka Kitashinchi, which I have been going to recently because I am stationed there, this price in Kawagoe is not cheap at all, but this taste and quantity are all homemade dishes, and this price is convincing. There are several long-established restaurants in Kawagoe, but it is a good restaurant that I can recommend compared to those shops.
