埼玉の川越線 南古谷駅からが一番近いのかな？はつかり温泉から、田んぼの道に入ったところにあるうどん屋さん。 車でくるのが良いようです。駐車場は店前に12台道を挟んだ向かい側にも10台ほどあるので、運転が苦手な方でも大丈夫です。
火水休みで営業時間は、11時～14時
日曜日の11時に訪問すると、すでにオープンしていて、満席。一回転目には間に合いませんでした。 店内で人数と名前を記入しお庭で待ちます。庭には、日よけテントと椅子。ミストがさわさわと降り注ぎいやしてくれます。看板娘の毛爪リクガメ フランチェスカちゃんは、暑さからのがれるように小屋の中でじっとしていました。
15分ほどで呼ばれて店内にはいれました。三角巾をした、おばさまに案内されて、床と、椅子のお席がある広々とした店内。冷たいお水がをポットで提供してくれました。

グレーがかった極太のうどんを、魚介出しの熱々肉汁つけていただきます。少し固めに茹でてあるので、熱々のお汁につけてちょうどよいかたさになりました。うどんが美味しい
