ベスト武蔵野うどん
2019年2月からひさびさに 田舎うどんてつ さんへお邪魔してきました。
土曜日ということで早く起きられずにゆっくり家を出たためお店に着いたのは13時頃でした。
食べログ百名店ということで行列を覚悟していたものの並ばずに入れました。冬だからでしょうか?(ちなみに前回は大行列でした。)
おすすめの説明を受け、注文をしたのは肉汁うどんにとり天とちくわ天。
まずは胚芽入りの埼玉地粉を使ったうどんをそのままいただきます。武蔵野うどんらしい強い噛みごたえを感じ、その後鼻腔に小麦の香りが広がります。
具沢山のつけ汁をつけるとうどんが少し緩み程よい食感に、そして汁をまとったうどんが最高に美味しくなります。
このつけ汁、一般的な武蔵野うどんのつけ汁と比べるとしょっぱさが控えめなのに、しっかりつけ汁としての味・美味しさがあります。おそらく貝出汁がいい仕事をしているのだろうと勝手に想像します。
ちなみにとり天にも感動しました。おそらくモモ肉を塩麹漬けしているのだろうと思うのですが、肉はとても柔らかく鶏の脂も感じさせ、ほのかな甘みと下味で塩をつける必要はなし、そのままでめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです(間違ってたらごめんなさい)。二つ頼めば良かったと感じたほどです。
公共交通機関で行くのは不便かもしれませんが、車か自転車で是非行ってみてください。そこそこ食べに行った中で、人生で一番美味しいと感じている武蔵野うどんです。

This is a return visit to Inaka Udon Tetsu. I arrived at around 10:40 and was the first one there. I was told to write my name on the waiting board and wait, so I wrote my name on it and waited, and at exactly 11:00, my name was called and I went inside the restaurant. I ordered the Meat Soup Udon (medium) for 1,100 yen. The germ udon has the same strong wheat aroma as always. This udon has a firm texture even when dipped in the dipping sauce, so I recommend dipping it in the dipping sauce thoroughly to raise the temperature of the udon. And the dipping sauce. It's full of ingredients. It's full of fried tofu, shimeji mushrooms, green onions, green onions, and pork, and even if you try to dip the udon in the dipping sauce, it just sits on top of the ingredients and doesn't get soaked. I push it into the soup with chopsticks. The dipping sauce is advertised as being made from shellfish stock, but the rich bonito stock aroma fills your mouth. It's delicious as a dipping sauce, but it's also delicious to drink as it is. It's the best! I increased the amount to 500g that day, but I ate it all up in no time. Thank you for the meal.
