うどんeast百名店、武蔵野うどんの名店。
メニューの表紙に創業の歴史が書かれているけれど、正確には大型ダンプの運転手だった会津のそばと武蔵野のうどんの融合的なコンセプトなものだそう。
いつも行列のお店もついてて、本日は並びなし。
席も選べ、椅子、テーブル席に通してもらう。
貝だしの肉汁うどんをいただく。
あまり貝は濃くなくて、美味しい肉汁うどんという感じ。
うどんはワシワシ、コシのつよいぎっしり、ずっしりした麺。よく汁にあって美味しい！
個性的で、流行るわけだ。
あと最後になんだか、1番下にトイストーリーのリトルグリーンメン型のうどん麺〜を発見。ねぎをおくと、もう彼らにしか見えない笑笑、かーみー笑。
