お次はカロリーチャージのため、向かったのは川越の街外れにあるこちら「田舎うどん てつ」さん❗️
車じゃないと伺うのは厳しそう。自転車のロードライダーの方が数名いらっしゃいますが、ほぼ車のお客さん^ ^
11時45分の現着で、記帳しますと先待ちが4組6名。1軒屋を改築したような趣のある佇まいが郊外にポツンとあります(*⁰▿⁰*)
回転は早く12時5分の入店、まさに家の大広間に案内されたようで、軒先の1人用テーブルに座りました♪
注文は貝出汁肉汁うどん、天ぷらでブロッコリーと蓮根、下仁田ネギ、とり天^ ^ちょっと欲張り過ぎました(๑>◡<๑)
程なく着丼、うどんも普通盛りで400グラムでかなりのボリュームです(*≧∀≦*)
早速うどんから^ ^う〜ん美味し、大好きなゴワゴワワシワシの中でも上位のゴワワシ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
こりゃ美味い、美味すぎる(๑>◡<๑)
肉汁も肉とキノコがたっぷり入って、そのまま飲んでも美味しい(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
天ぷらも、カレー塩と抹茶塩が提供されて、どちらで食べても美味しい。ブロッコリーも蓮根もサクサク、とり天はとってもジューシー(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)下仁田ネギは味噌ダレで戴きますが、とっても新鮮で甘みがあります(≧∀≦)
うどんは最後にザルの中からトイストーリーのキャラが(名前を知らんけど)遊び心がまた何とも言えないです╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
そうそう店員さんの応対もとても丁寧で気持ちいいし、店主の「いらっしゃいませ〜」「ありがとうございました〜」も大きな声で素晴らしいホスピタリティだなぁと思います。間違いなく私の中でうどん店TOP3ランクインでした。
