Enjoy wheat germ udon and freshly fried vegetable Tempura delivered directly from the farm.
In pursuit of the aroma and flavor of wheat, we arrived at wheat germ. Wheat germ is a health food that contains a good balance of the five major nutrients and is often called the "egg of plants." Enj |
Visited on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 10:35. There was already one group waiting, so we waited for the second group to open. There was a registration form inside the store, and it seems that the system is to write your name on it and wait. 10:50: About 15 people waiting. 11:00: Opening At opening, there were about 20 people waiting. I entered the store and ordered meat broth udon (1,000 yen) and chicken tempura (200 yen). 11:08: Arrived The slightly colored noodles with germ were of a uniform thickness and the hardness of the noodles was just right. The dipping sauce was delicious, perhaps because of the shellfish broth, and was hard to replace at other Musashino udon restaurants. There were plenty of ingredients in the dipping sauce, such as pork, fried tofu, and vegetables, and it was very delicious. The chicken tempura was freshly fried, soft, and had no odor, and went very well with the matcha salt and curry salt. When I left, there were about 15 people waiting. Compared to other restaurants in the area, the waiting time was long, but I thought it was worth it.
