I was looking for a place to eat around Shin-Kashi Station and found this place. I was tempted by the shellfish broth udon. I couldn't find the address on the car navigation system, so I had to use the map app on my phone and arrived just before 12 o'clock. I wrote my name on a waiting list and was shown to a seat in less than 10 minutes, next to which was a life-sized Gundam! By the way, the menu was full of delicious looking dishes, but I ordered a small portion of the main shellfish broth udon, TKG, and chrysanthemum and natto tempura. After a while, Tempura Tempura brought out. The volume of the chrysanthemum was amazing. First of all, I sprinkled some matcha salt on it and it was very crunchy. As expected, it was freshly fried and quite delicious. The natto Tempura is served with a special sauce and mustard. I was surprised by the strong aroma. I didn't think it was very tasty. The udon was delicious! It was my first time to try udon with the aroma of shellfish broth, but it was good! I think it would be good if it was in all the udon soup? I think so. The Tempura didn't go well with it, so I was soothed by the deliciousness of the udon. After finishing the udon, I started on the TKG. As a TKG fan, I had high expectations, but I wonder? Oh? Not as good as I expected? Did I set the bar too high? Was I too full? Anyway, the udon is good. I'm sure it will be a candidate for an occasional appearance.
