ここはいつも混んでいるのですが、台風が近づいている日なら空いているだろうと思って訪問しました。
時間は１８時半頃でしたが、予想通りでした。
早速、日本酒の新政と刺身の盛り合せをオーダー。
刺身が５点で３８０円ですからお得感があります。
直ぐ刺身が出されました。
最初は蛸から
プリプリしていて柔らかい。 驚きました。
暫くして後ろの席から「このお刺身 美味しい」という声が聞こえました。
同感です。
新政が残り少なくなって来た時に、瓶ビール(大瓶)と厚切り牛たん串、豚アスパラ、ねぎ間を追加しました。
最初にレモンを少し絞ってから豚アスパラを頂きました。
美味しいです。
そして牛たん串を食べると、予想を上回る厚切りで、さくっとした食感が最高です。
塩・胡椒の味付けで、美味しいです。
私には普通の牛タンよりも油っぽくなくてさっぱりしているし、
硬くもないので合っているかなと思いました。
さらに、レバー、ハツ、カシラ、ねぎ間をタレで追加。
それぞれ良い焼き加減です。
店員の焼き方を見てみると、下側の焼け具合をチェックしたり、
指で押して柔らかさをチェックしています。
若い アルバイト のに職人に近い焼き加減なのは、この努力の成果なんですね。
食べ終わるとちょうどビールも空になりました。
〆て２，００６円でした。
大満足しました。ご馳走様でした。
