ホワイト餃子、多くの番組で取り上げて千葉では有名な餃子との事で本川越に店舗があり何度か横を通って気になりついに入店しました。
店舗は、本川越駅横の道の路面店です。
カウンター席だけで席の後ろが扉になっておりどこからも入店出来る感じです。
入店して空いている席にどうぞと案内され座りました。
メニューは壁に貼り付けてあり、やき餃子8個に生ビール中のセットメニューをオーダーしました。
焼き餃子10分、水餃子15分待つてくださいとPOPがありました。
生ビールが運ばれて飲みながら餃子が焼き上がるのを待ちます。
10分程待ったら出て来ました。丸い餃子です。
このビジュアルは焼き小籠包です。
見るからに熱いですが、一口皮カリカリ、中は熱々です。普通の餃子とは別物です。
たこ焼きで言うと銀だこの油で表面を揚げて中トロトロみたいな感じです。
餡は32種類の具材だそうですが、良くわかりませんが美味しいです。
これは、確かに癖になるのはなんとなくわかります。一度食べるとカリカリを食べたくなります。
来客は途切れなく来ていました。
お持ち帰りのお客が多くてどんどん来店注文していました。焼き上がりに時間がかかるので外で待っていました。
おごちそうさまでした。
美味しかったです。
