久しぶりのホワギョウです。
お店は本川駅のすぐそば。カウンター席のみの小さなお店です。
いつも結構並んでいますが、本日は平日夜という事もあってか？5名程度しかお客様おらず
入店して空いている席にどうぞと案内され座りました。
車だったので、アルコール飲めず。
泣く泣くやき餃子12個にライスのセットメニューをオーダー。
オーダー時に店員さんから10分程度待ってねと伝えられ、ひたすら待つシステム。
（普段は生ビールが運ばれて飲みながら餃子が焼き上がるのを待ちますが、
今宵はビール無（泣））
10分程待ったら”予定通り”出て来ました。丸い餃子です。
ビジュアルは本当にもう、焼き小籠包そのもの。
店内に貼られている”餡は32種類の具材”を想像しながら
（３２って何入っているのだろうか。。。）頂きます。
厚めの皮で熱々が旨い。バリした皮が美味。
でもやっぱりこの餃子はライスとの相性より、黄色いあの子が合う。
隣席の方のビールの飲みっぷりに嫉妬しながら、お店を後に。
