川越の蔵造りを後にしたときに、あれ？！と、ホワイト餃子の看板を発見！
昔その昔、まだ中学高校生だったころ（40年以上前）
延岡市の商店街の裏道にあったホワイト餃子延岡店。
とにかく部活の帰りによく食べたしかも一人で40個は当たり前だった。
くらい、全く飽きず大好きだったなぁ。（料理人が亡くなったためいつのまにか閉店）
すごく中途半端な時間だったけど、またいつ食べれるか分からん！と思い強行。
ありゃ？と、メニューには焼き以外に水餃子とかがあるなぁ？？？
「ホワイト餃子」はメニューは焼き餃子しかなかったはず…
携帯で調べてみると、そうでした。師匠から認められてしているお店ではなかったですね。
ま、にしても、焼き餃子は懐かしいのと「こんな味だったかなぁ？？」と
あいまいな感想。
もちろん美味しいんだけど…違うかなぁ～
今度東京行ったら野田まで行ってみよう！
