菓子屋横丁から脇道を通り蔵造りの町並みのメイン通りへ入ると、さすが食べ歩きの街だけあって
次から次にお店が現れます！その中でも一段と興味を惹かれたのがこちらのお店でした♪(^^)
お店の屋根にぶたがのっかってるユニークな外観のお店ですが、入ってすぐのところで焼いていた
のが「長～いソーセージ」、そしてプレッツェル風のパンで挟んだ「黒豚ドック」！＼(^o^)／
プレッツェル風のパンが気になりましたが、まだまだ食べ歩き旅は始まったばかり…ということで
お腹にたまりそうなパンは我慢しておくことにして「長～いソーセージ」のみ頂くことに！(^^)
ソーセージには゛小江戸黒豚゛という、川越のさつまいもを食べて育った黒豚を使っているそうで
旨味たっぷりの味わいで、肉汁が飛び出すほど、とても危険で美味しいソーセージでした♪(^^♪
