待ち時間無し。
川越の小江戸街エリアの
メイン通り沿いにある豚肉加工食品店
店内は、
手前がテイクアウト商品の
レジカウンター兼キッチンと
飲食用ベンチなどがあり、
奥がレストランとなっている。
今回はテイクアウトで利用。
メニューは農場自慢のソーセージや
ハム、ベーコンを使用した素材の味を
楽しめる商品が並んでいる。
通りを歩いているとソーセージを
焼くいい匂いが漂ってきて、お店の中に
吸い寄せられていく。
食べたもの
・黒豚ドッグ
・黒豚まん
「黒豚ドッグ」は
長〜いソーセージをプレッツェル生地の
パンで挟んだホットドッグ。
噛むと中からジュワ〜っと
ジューシーな脂が出てくる。
長くて食べ応えがある！
「黒豚まん」は
見た目が黒いだけで中身や味は
普通の肉まんだった！
ソーセージだけではなく、
ベーコンやハムなども味わってみたいので
次回行くときはレストランの方で
いろんなメニューを楽しみたい！
