休日の午後に訪問しました。
川越駅から川越氷川神社にむかう途中に行列を発見。
観光情報サイトで紹介されていた焼き鳥の「エース大松」の列でした。
店頭で焼いているいいにおいに誘われて列にならぶことに。
ビールを注文する人もいるので、回転はやや遅めかな。
ならんでいる間も焼いているところを見れるのは楽しいですね。
味噌ダレにつけて焼くのかとおもったら、焼いた後に味噌をぬってました。
ねぎが焦げるぐらいまでしっかり焼き。
いざ食してみると、やや辛めの味噌がおいしい！
路上で立ち食いする焼き鳥もいいもんですね。
