昼間に街歩きをしていて「生ビールセット」(1000円)が目に留まりました
夕方お蕎麦を頂いた後にやって来ました
人数を確認され席を指定されました
目的の「生ビールセット」を生ビールともんじゃ焼きで注文しました
店内には今年が100年なので40年前の川越祭りのポスターがありました
最初に生ビールが出されて次におつまみが運ばれてきました
豆腐1/4程の上に鮪のたたき、胡瓜の千切りの上に長芋のみじん切り、青ネギの千切りに大葉が添えられていました
ほぼ爆弾ですね
おつまみと言うよりも完全に一品料理です
良く混ぜてから頂きました
サクサクした食感と共に粘りがあって鮪の旨味もある
美味しいです
続いて具沢山のもんじゃが届きました
上から乾燥烏賊をほぐしたもの、桜海老、(ベビースターより長いと思ったから)チキンラーメン、生烏賊、キャベツ、コーン、紅生姜などです
昔のもんじゃと違い具が多い一方で汁がしゃぶしゃぶ過ぎて土手が出来そうも無かったのでお婆さんに申し出ると
まず具材のみを鉄板の上に乗せて大きなへらで細かく刻んでゆきました
なるほどこれなら土手が出来るかも
と思っていたら土手をつくりその中に残った汁を入れました
暫く煮詰めてからOKが出ました
この海鮮もんじゃが不味いわけがありません
私的にはもう少し小麦粉が多めで粘った方が好みですが美味しいです
「生ビール」(460円)を追加しました
具沢山のもんじゃと共に飲み干しました
ご馳走様でした
