ホルモン焼きでたいがいいつも迷うのがどれがどの部分でどのようなものかで、これに易しく対応してくれているのがこのお店でした。
メニューの裏に全部の肉の種類と部位や説明が細かくかかれており、（しかも写真付）とても選びやすく、いちいち従業員の方を呼ぶ手間もはぶけて、とても良かったです。
肉自体の味も悪くなく、七輪の中ではしっかりと炭に火が入っており、網の交換も頻繁に行われ、とても気持ちよく食事ができました！
あと飲み物の価格も安く、ホッピーのデカンタ？むしろ『なか』のデカンタが500円（約７杯分）とリーズナブル。
つまみも肉以外にも色々あり、初めてもつの天婦羅を食べました。僕が頼んだのはミックスで、他にもミノなど何種類かあり、またつけダレが独特で、黒酢っぽいタレのなかに、唐辛子が大量にぶちこまれていて、ただ、そんなに辛くなく、さっぱりと食べることができました。
ただ、せっかくいいインパクトのある料理なのに、従業員の女の子が何も説明もなしにおいていってしまったのは少し残念でした。
場所も駅前ですし、おそらく今後人気店となりうる可能性を秘めた店だと思うので、その前に通っちゃおうと思います。
