GW前半、祝日にお伺いしました。
11:30頃到着するも既に10組待ち。
個人的にこちらのうなぎが好きなので他のお店に行くという選択肢は無いのでひたすら待ちます。
・・・という覚悟でしたが30分程度で着席。
ちなみにこの時系列のお店はずっと待ち0だったそうです。
小鮎の南蛮漬け
小鮎ってなかなか食べないなぁと思って初めて注文してみました。
暑い日にピッタリのさっぱりとしたお味。
肝煮
これも食べたかった・・・・
肝焼きはあるけど煮はあんまり見ないんですよね。醤油ベースのよくある煮物のお味ではあるんだけど、肝のもったりとあいまってめちゃくちゃ美味しいんです。是非召し上がって頂きたい。
うな重
言うことないです。うまい。
川越のうなぎも何店舗か行きましたが、わたしの好みはこちらです。
