二回り違う先輩に連れてきてもらったお店は川越駅徒歩10分あまりのお店。
大先輩の方々の同窓会に小僧が参加（−＿−；）
東京から1時間越の川越駅。
そんな越境と言える土地に名店発見しちゃいました。
出していただける全ての料理に大満足。
生ビールのうるさい私も5点満点は初めてでないでしょうか！
出汁の使い方。
調味料の使用方法や合わせ方など勉強になります。
次回はゆっくりとプライベートで味わってみたいお店でした。東京都内にあれば通いたいのですが川越駅徒歩10分と控えめにした理由です。
