Lately, I've been eating curry about four times a week. On the weekends, I decided to look for curry and asked Tabelog sensei about the nearby cities, towns, and villages. It's about a 40 minute drive from where I live, and I parked in the coin parking lot diagonally to the right after leaving the store. Arrival time is 11:15. The spiciness is increased, but the tofu becomes an escape route and the spiciness is not so great! ? The tofu is of course silken, but it has been blanched to maintain a moderate firmness. Add some table seasoning here to make it spicier. There's no problem with just one part, so I'll spread it over the whole thing! Is delicious. It goes well with fried eggplant, and of course mabo. The salad arrived in advance, but I wanted to take a picture with it, so I waited without eating it.
