2024/3/3(日)10:10訪問。
待ちはなく、先頭で開店を待ちます。
10:45：待ち10人。
11:00：定刻通り開店。
おそらく20人弱の待ちになっていたと思います。
先に正面の会計口で注文をして、商品ができ次第、取りに行くシステムのようです。
肉うどん(小、880円)
天ぷら３点盛り(450円)
を注文しました。
11:11：商品到着。
出汁の香りが良く、肉うどんにしていたため、肉とわかめが入っていましたが、それがなくても十分に楽しめそうな香りでした。
うどんは固すぎず、柔らかすぎず、程良いという感じでした。
肉うどんの肉は牛蒡も入っていたのが特徴的でした。しっかり味は付いていながらも、出汁の味を邪魔していないのが良いと思いました。
天ぷらは揚げ立てでテーブルに出汁醤油があるのが嬉しかったです。少し油が重いかなと思いました。
小でもしっかりお腹いっぱいになれるだけのボリュームがあったのも嬉しいポイントかなと思います。
退店時、10人ほどの待ちができていました。
それほど回転が早い感じではなさそうですので、混まないうちの訪問が良いかもしれません。
