今日も一人での夕飯になりました。川越の連雀町交差店にある、湧光に行ってきました。
うなぎで有名な、いちのやさんの反対側にあります。
濃厚エビつけ麺を食券機で購入します。
麺は、平太麺でプリプリしていて美味しく、好みの麺です。
たれは、濃厚で、ドロッとしてはいます。
また麺の上に桜海老が乗っていて、タレに付けて食べると、海老の香りがして、美味しいです。
ただタレがもう少し、海老の香りがした方がいいかな？濃くというか何かが。ほしい！
