日曜の21時ラストオーダー10分前に入店！
店員さんはワンオペで2人の入店でしたが、テーブル席ではなく、カウンター席にどうぞ！！ との案内...。
券売機で1番左上にあった
味噌ラーメン ￥850- 麺大盛り ￥120- を購入。
■味噌ラーメン麺大盛りについて
お冷はセルフサービスで券売機の隣に給水器があり、混んでる時間帯とかだと水のおかわりが手間かな？？ という印象。
ラーメン自体は5分程で提供。
スープにラードを少し浮かしているためか、スープ自体はしばらくの間、熱々で維持が出来てるなという印象。
スープは動物系をベースに生姜と麦と赤味噌を効かした、札幌味噌ラーメン系な感じなのかな？？ と思います。
ベースのスープのコクやパンチがもうちょっと欲しいのかな...という印象を個人的には感じました。
麺は中太のちぢれ麺で少し固めに茹でてるのか？？
少し芯を残してるのかな？？ と感じます。
ベーシックな味噌ラーメンにしては、茹でもやし、ひき肉、刻み葱、チャーシューは入っており、コスパは悪くないのかな？？
と思います。
