先日ここの本店のある東松山に泊まっていたのに，別の店に行ってた．
こんなところにも？ここにも？というぐらい東武線駅前にある気がするやきとりひびき．
ラーメンを食べる前にここで一杯飲むことに．
ひびき庵と庵の付かないひびきがあるように思えますが，庵が付く方がテーブル席メインの少しゆったりした感じなのでしょうか．個室ではないけれど，のれんで区画化されています．

「当店自慢の辛味噌はモンドセレクション金賞を頂いたもので・・・」
モンドセレクションね～・・・とちょっと眉唾気分で聞き流します．
「先にカシラを入れるので何本致しましょうか？」の提案．
なかなか面白い質問で，戸惑いました．とりあえずカシラ目的でしょ？的なところがこの地域らしい．よくわからないので，とりあえず一本頼みます．
喫煙は外でできました．
生中でもお約束の高さ方向にはないジョッキでのビール提供．
客も多くなく，落ち着いた雰囲気で飲める感じは良かったのですが，厨房に近いからかアルバイト学生君が店主？正社員？に小言を言われているのが気になります．
私には学生君のややぎこちないながらも丁寧な対応に感心していたのですが・・・
連れは珍しい狭山茶からのサフラン茶に鼻息を荒くしていました．
確かに珍しいかと．
適当に串を頼んで退散しました．
