「東松山みそだれ やきとり」の「ひびき」の系列のお店である。
と、書き始めたが、何ら詳しくはない。
東松山駅の「ひびき 駅前本店」の味噌ダレでの特製カシラ串などを頬張ったのは、その店のレビューによると、もう９年ぐらい前である。
肉質の云々も当然にあっただろうが、何よりも、その味噌ダレに強い記憶がある。
僕は単に「味噌ダレ」と言ってしまうのであるが、地元界隈のレビュアーさんからは、「にんにく辛子味噌」だと教わった。
さて、この店である。
川越でも人気店のようで、19時過ぎ頃の時間帯、ほぼ満席だった。
「飲み」なので、詳細なレビューはできない。
悪しからず。
また、サクッとつまんで、次の店に流れる予定でもあった。
「ホッピー」で串を頬張った。
記憶にあった通り、美味なる串である。
鶏肉、鶏レバ、鶏肉つくねなども美味しかったが、やはり「特製カシラ串」を味噌ダレで食べる感じが何ともイイ。
基本的には「やきとん」なので、カシラと言っても、ややオイリーな雰囲気はある。
そういう観点から考えれば、肉も味噌も美味しいのはもちろん、この串のネギが果たす役割も大きいのだろうと思った。
お通しが肉系だったので、サラダ系を少々並べ、串を頬張って軽く飲んだだけであるが、「ひびき」の「特製カシラ串」と「味噌ダレ」は、かなりウマいんだなと再認識した。
ごちそうさまでした。
本店で食べた2014年5月の段階で「特製カシラ串」が１本160円だったようだが、今は190円。
しかし、決して高いとは思わないし、むしろ価格的妥当性を考え合わせたら、まだ安いぐらいだと思う。
