It is just a short distance from Honkawagoe Station. The restaurant right next door is the "Stubborn Main Store" ... It's only open during the day, not at night. I've never been to restaurant in Higashimatsuyama, but... It feels like an extraordinary Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Higashimatsuyama's specialty miso sauce is served first. First of all, let's toast ➰ with Yakitonbi ~ Ru ... Hibiki Original! ... I ordered the Higashimatsuyama specialty special dish recommended by the clerk. Vegetables such as nameko are served on top of the fillet. And... I also ordered the juicy chewy harami. I also ordered chicken tsukune namida (because the shape is tear wasabi and tears come out when you eat it...). Dip it in miso sauce and more... It was delicious...
